Reservation Policy
By confirming your reservation, you agree that all information provided is accurate. Rooms are subject to availability, and reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or transaction ID.

No Return / No Refund Policy
A 20% reservation fee is required. In case of cancellation, only 10% of the fee is refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, modification is not permitted. Guests who do not arrive on the reserved date will be marked as a No-Show and will forfeit any payments made.

Privacy Policy
Your personal data (name, phone number, email, etc.) will be collected solely for reservation processing and guest communication. We will never share your information with third parties, except when required by law.

Liability
NEUST Eco Park Resort is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their own safety and conduct within the resort premises.

By checking the box and completing the reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
